I got up at 5.43 today, to watch a TV programme. There was professor Aleksander Jackowski in it. We call him 'uncle', or simply 'Jacek' as he is known among friends; his father and my grandmother were siblings. He is an eminent specialist in art (so called naive) & cultural anthropology. We are very proud of him. He says about himself "I am only a man who has been trying to see a world around me and its different phenomena". He is 89.
