Professor 'Jacek', uncle and master

I got up at 5.43 today, to watch a TV programme. There was professor Aleksander Jackowski in it. We call him 'uncle', or simply 'Jacek' as he is known among friends;  his father and my grandmother were siblings. He is an eminent specialist in art (so called naive) & cultural anthropology. We are very proud of him. He says about himself "I am only a man who has been trying to see a world around me and its different phenomena". He is 89.

Welcome to my blog. I'm primarily a teacher of religion and occasionally a teacher of English for young learners, father of seven. I used to be a head of the local Solidarity Rural in 1981 and a mayor of Strachowka community, 1990-1994 . I'm going to start writing here about my inner world well founded on the family live and the local community. About its cultural identity, and about the School of Norwid's (or Norwidian) Republic and its many educational projects. About my private philosophy of nature, looking for all links between religion and science, between faith and reason (Fides et Ratio).

Today I dared to send a note to everyone in my mailbox. I'm sorry if I am an unwonted guest.
